Our legal structure also changed to a corporation (non-profit of course) rather than an incorporated association as did our ABN.

Tax deductibility for Canada
To ensure Canadian supporters can receive tax deductibility for donation to St Jude鈥檚 we process donations made in Canadian dollars through AFRETECH AID SOCIETY via a secure online fundraising website for charities called CanadaHelps. Donations can be made by credit card and PayPal.
To process your donation, here are the step-by-step directions:
Over the internet:


- Scroll down to the donation form;
- Select frequency of donation;
- Enter donation amount;
- Select mini传媒 from drop-down menu and hit continue;
- Enter your email address, payment details and tax receipt information on the following page.

You will then receive a receipt for your tax-deductible gift from CanadaHelps and another confirmation from St Jude鈥檚 once the information is received.

Tax deductibility for Tanzania.
Unfortunately, Tanzania does not support tax deductibility. However, St Jude鈥檚 will issue a tax receipt for all donations made in Tanzanian shillings and a personalised 鈥楾hank You鈥 note for your kind contribution. Donations can be made through direct Bank deposits or mobile money (M-Pesa).

Upon receipt of your donation or sponsorship contribution, mini传媒 will issue a general receipt by email in the currency received. Each year we assess the price of our sponsorship packages according to updated currency conversions and, where applicable, the administration costs involved in using third party websites, to ensure that our supporters have the option of tax deductibility.
